Hello I used the pomade on my Elbow for tendinitis which caused me to wake out of a dead sleep and it has been so calming and such a relief.
My husband has had a pinched nerve near the scapula on his back and I rubbed it on him to his astonishment he slept so well after massaging it in and a few extra gliding strokes along with acupressure.
